The personal data of a customer are used by HOTEL ERICA S.A.S., which is committed to process personal information, according to data processing rules established by GDPR Regulation 2016/679.

1. Compulsory data for contractual and accounting purposes will be retained for the time necessary to carry out the business and accounting relationship. The data of those who do not purchase or use products/services, will be immediately deleted or processed anonymously, unless these users give the consent to use their data according to a commercial promotion or market research activity.
Data will be processed during the whole business relationship and for the next ten years from the date of their acquisition.


2. As per this European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and per the National Law, user could:

  • Request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him (right of access);
  • Know the origin of personal data;
  • Receive intelligible communication of personal data;

Information on Cookies

What are cookies
