SAVERS is the acronym for the six practices that Giulia will practice together with you:
- S: silence, that is concentration, meditation to gain the serenity needed to accompany all the activities of the day.
- A: affirmations of goals and intentions, to be clear about what you want to do.
- V: visualisation of goals, dreams, etc. to have long and short-term visions, during which goals can be reached by taking one step at a time.
- E: exercise Giulia will guide you through a small yoga sequence to reactivate the whole body.
- R: reading through a book to awaken all brain functions.
- S: scribing a diary to write down one’s feelings, thoughts or life dreams.
