At Hotel Erica Freedom in the Alps, well-being is at the core of our philosophy. We have created relaxation spaces infused with the aroma of Val di Fiemme Swiss pine, renowned for its calming properties, where you can let go of every thought and immerse yourself in an atmosphere of pure serenity, relaxing on our comfortable loungers.
The adults-only area offers a world of saunas and steam, including a Finnish sauna for Aufguss events, a bio–sauna with the scent of pine, a steam bath, and a whirlpool. For even deeper relaxation, discover the Silence Room with a waterbed and the Relax Room, ideal for moments of peace and tranquillity.
You can enjoy the indoor and outdoor pool with views of the Lagorai mountain range, the garden with solarium, and two relaxation areas, one of which is designed for yoga practices that we offer weekly. The herbal tea corner, with local products, completes your wellness experience.

That’s why at Hotel Erica, you’ll find a modern, innovative indoor and outdoor heated pool that allows you to enjoy the charm of the Val di Fiemme in any season. Imagine immersing yourself in warm water while relaxing, surrounded by the crisp mountain air and a breathtaking view of the Lagorai range.
To ensure an authentic and sustainable wellness experience, we have implemented an innovative water purification system. Our Dryden System prevents the survival and reproduction of bacteria and parasites, ensuring crystal–clear water without the use of chlorine or toxic by-products. Additionally, we save 80% of energy and reduce water waste, contributing to the protection of our surrounding environment.
