The Aufguss or steam throw is a true sensory experience in the Finnish sauna: the enveloping warmth of the steam throws and the aroma of essential oils will give you a sense of deep relaxation.

During the experience
The Aufgussmeister (or Sauna Master) prepares spheres of snow or ice flavored with the purest essential oils, and during the event they are thrown onto the hot stones of the sauna, and the steam that is given off is conveyed to the guests with a cloth through special maneuvers, similar to a dance, generating an intense and pleasant multisensory experience.
During each session, various essential oils are blended to create an ever-changing olfactory experience, but with one result: surrender and deep relaxation.
