Yoga Class

In the mornings (7.15-8.30 a.m.) we will practise Yoga (Asana, Pranayama and Kriya) and in the afternoons (5.45-7.00 p.m.) we will practise relaxation sessions with Asana, Pranayama, Meditation. All Yoga classes are open to both existing practitioners and beginners. Daniela Lanza is a certified teacher with many years’ experience in different approaches to yoga. She will lead the classes, assessing any variations suitable for individual students and accompanying them with care and attention.

Winter sports and relax

During the day it is possible to dedicate oneself to walking in the mountains and/or outdoor sports activities: skiing, snowshoeing, trekking… From the hotel there are very pleasant paths immersed in the woods – by car or by skibus it is possible to reach the ski lifts in Val di Fiemme.

It is possible to organise – for those who wish – accompanied excursions to discover the most fascinating corners of the valley.

Snow activities

It is also possible to enjoy downhill skiing or snowboarding (skipass cost 4=3 at 170 euro)

The Fiemme- Obereggen ski pass covers the following ski areas

• SKI CENTER LATEMAR reachable from Pampeago and Predazzo, 10 minutes away with the free ski bus service;
• ALPE CERMIS: 10 km away, reachable from Cavalese;
• ALPE LUSIA: reachable from Bellamonte-Castelir.

All locations can be reached by ski bus service included in the tourist tax (the Skibuss stop is 50 metres from the hotel).

Activities for non-skiers

• Snowshoeing in Val di Fiemme. (Snowshoe hire is 5 euro);
• Sledging, bobsleighing and tobogganing: these activities are attached to the ski resorts, so you can even do a combo of skiing and tobogganing on the same day!
• Winter walking without snowshoes: there are several routes suitable for those who do not like to use snowshoes. These paths and roads are groomed by the snowcat!
