Also this year Valentina Felloni, Vinyasa Yoga teacher, who moved from Emilia Romagna and established her yoga studio here in the mountains, offers a rich weekend where yoga combines with other sports to fully savor some of the possible activities that they can be practiced here in Val di Fiemme.

Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga practices, a guided tour on mountain trails with the new and very comfortable E-bikes of the Mattioli rental in Bellamonte.

At the hotel, the pampering of the Wellness Center, always open in the afternoon, and the delicious cuisine of the Chef of the Stuerz house finally await you every day.

This offer includes

  • 3 nights with half-board accommodation: breakfast and dinner;
  • 2 or 3 Muscle awakening yoga practice, Pranayama and 2 Vinyasa Yoga lesson;
  • Trekking Day for the whole day (packed lunch or hut not included);

  • € 2.20 tourist tax entitles you to the FiemmE-Motion Guest Card with which you can use various services free of charge;

  • Single room supplement: 10,00 € per day;

  • Single Yoga class: € 15.00;
  • Guided E-bike excursion: € 60-70.00 (depending on the route chosen and the number of participants).
