“Any change into a new state of being
Is the result of the fullness of nature
Unfolding inherent potential.”
(Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra)
YOGA MEANS UNION, NOT ONLY WITH OUR BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT BUT WITH ALL THAT WHICH SURROUNDS IT, EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN CREATED, EVERYTHING THAT IS NATURE.
In this retreat we will find and deepen the contact with ourselves and with nature in all its elements, through the profound practice of Dynamic Yoga and the exploration of the marvelous Val Di Fiemme.
Our teacher will be Vittoria Montanari [275 RYT]
As a practitioner since 2011 she has experienced many types of yoga before figuring out which one was the best for herself.
Starting from Hatha Yoga he practiced later: Kundalini, Rocket Yoga, Dharma Yoga [with Sri Dharma Mittra in New York City], Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga and many others.
Finally he finally falls in love with Vinyasa Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. It is then that he decided to leave for India, where he learned the art of meditation, philosophy, anatomy, mantra and the practice of asanas. His ashtanga classes follow the same method taught by Guruji Sri K. Pattabhi Jois; the vinyasa yoga classes are rigorous and creative, suitable for all levels and for those who want to explore and express their freedom in their practice.
Victoria graduated with honors in India [at Sampoorna Yoga in Goa] in ashtanga and vinyasa flow yoga [200 RYT Yoga Alliance International], in 2017 with her teachers Sudhir Rishi, Jenna Naik, Alan Ellman, Rowie Garaerts and Joanna Vladescu.
In 2018 he graduated at Acrovibes [Acroyoga] in Milan and deepened his studies of Advanced Vinyasa Yoga in Greece, with his teachers of Sampoorna Yoga.
Vittoria practices the traditional Ashtanga method and follows throughout Italy workshops with renowned international and non-international teachers.
