Retreat Yoga July – Freedom in the Alps

Combine the pleasure of a holiday in the unspoiled nature of the Valle di Fiemme with the pleasure of Yoga.

Namastè, I’m Giulia! And I’m happy to present you the new Hotel Erica Yoga Retreat!

In the last years I have traveled to deepen my knowledge on yoga and meditation, here you will find a proposal dedicated to those who want to relax and reconnect with themselves by combining yoga and trekking in nature.

This week will be dedicated to yoga but not only! The morning will begin with the Miracle Morning (curious to know what it is?), And after a hearty breakfast at the hotel we will start exploring the mountains I like most in the Val di Fiemme, exploring the Dolomites and the Lagorai.

We will be able to connect and enjoy the benefits of nature practicing with a breathtaking view submerged in the green of the Dolomites.

To end your day in the best way, a moment of sweet relaxation awaits you, you can relax in our Wellness center and be lulled by harmonic baths with crystal bells or together with some meditation exercises!

But not only … there will also be a creative part on the program, with the design of a Mandala and an evening dedicated to the chanting of the Mantra!

In addition, during the week we will spend a trip out of town to Favogna (BZ), where we will visit the Hof Unternberg company, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the peaceful lake of Favogna, at 1,020 m asl. The company follows the methods of biodynamic agriculture to produce the most varied qualities of vegetables.

An opportunity to get in touch even more closely with nature and food at KM 0 and practice submerged by greenery, away from the hustle and bustle of the machines.

Goal of the week: The program is rich but the aim is to give you a special moment of reconnection for yourself by combining yoga and trekking.
