Giulia is the yogini of the family! After discovering this world a few years ago, she decided to travel to Southeast Asia, India and Hawaii to deepen her passion… and now she shares her experience at Hotel Erica.

During your holiday we offer yoga classes that will warm you up in the morning and relax you after a day spent in the mountains of Val di Fiemme: yoga, pranayama and meditations accompanied by the sound and vibration of Tibetan singing bowls, koshi and diapason.
