In the afternoon, relax in the FreeDOME SPA and discover the benefits of the Aufguss and Hatha Yoga.
8:00 – 8:45: start the week strong with a Miracle Morning session, a mix of meditation, breathing, and yoga to awaken the body.
9:30 – 15:30: guided hike with Giulia to discover the beauty of Val di Fiemme.
14:00 – 19:00: relax in the sauna with an essential oil Aufguss session.
17:30 – 18:30: rejuvenating Hatha Yoga session, perfect for finding balance and serenity.
In the morning, the sunrise over the Dolomites will warm your heart with pure joy. In the afternoon, treat yourself to a natural ingredient body scrub.
5:00 – 7:00: experience the magic of sunrise over the Dolomites, with the Marmolada and Pale di San Martino rising majestically on the horizon. Watch the sun rise between the peaks, painting the sky with unforgettable shades, for a moment of pure natural beauty.
14:00 – 19:00: in the afternoon, indulge in a rejuvenating body scrub, perfect for glowing, refreshed skin.
Morning Stretch and hike on the Latemar. The afternoon is dedicated to Vinyasa Yoga and the Aufguss in the FreeDOME SPA.
8:00 – 8:45: start the day with a refreshing Morning Stretch session to wake up the body.
9:30 – 15:30: fascinating hike on the Latemar.
14:00 – 19:00: in the afternoon, enjoy an energising Aufguss in the FreeDOME SPA, enriched with essential oils for a pure wellness embrace.
17:30 – 18:30: end the day with a Vinyasa Yoga practice in the garden, connecting with nature.

18:00 – 22:00: exciting hike to Corno Bianco, at 2300 metres high, to witness the “enrosadira”. Here, the mountains turn red and golden, offering a breathtaking show that will remain etched in your memories.
