At Hotel Erica Freedom in the Alps, we embrace the philosophy of “homemade.”
Every corner of our kitchen is filled with irresistible scents: from the aroma of egg pasta to delicious chia seed breadsticks, from the comforting smell of Purpur flour bread to the mouthwatering swirl cookies.

And let’s not forget the delightful world of pastries, with indulgent cakes for afternoon snacks, crispy puff pastry perfect for a millefeuille, mama Anna’s favourite, and delicate desserts designed to end your dinner on a sweet note.

But there’s more: at Hotel Erica, you can savour the authenticity of fruit through our homemade jams. Our favourite? Definitely the one made with raspberries from Aldino’s uncle. And once you’ve tasted Walter’s apple strudel, made with grandma Ilda’s original recipe, we guarantee you won’t be able to get enough!

Start your day with our buffet breakfast, a culinary paradise for those who can’t decide between sweet or savoury.

Here, you’ll find both options, with a wide selection of delights including savoury specialties, local cheeses, homemade cakes, freshly baked bread, and crepes made to order in our open kitchen.

You can also enjoy seasonal fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli, homemade jams, and a rich selection of juices.

If you want to fuel up for the day, we offer oats for you to grind on the spot and sweeten with a spoonful of our honeycomb. If you prefer a traditional touch, our chef is ready to cook you two nutritious eggs just the way you like them. Don’t miss the corner of our pastry chef, where you’ll find delicious banana bread, apple cakes, and classic chocolate and apricot tarts every day.

Using top-quality ingredients, favouring local zero-kilometre products, and following the rhythm of the seasons, each dish becomes a culinary masterpiece inspired by the rich local and family gastronomic tradition. You can choose from a selection of three first courses and three main courses, accompanied by a rich buffet of fresh salads and side dishes that enhance the genuine flavours of local produce. 

Our dishes, characterised by a fusion of authentic and innovative flavours, are carefully paired with the finest wines from the region, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience that will delight every one of your senses.

We love to nurture wellness experiences, but we certainly don’t neglect culinary delights! That’s why each week we offer a romantic gala dinner, illuminated by the warm glow of candles, and a rich buffet of local cheeses. During the summer months, we delight your taste buds with barbecues in our garden and traditional dinners rooted in the Val di Fiemme heritage.

The most anticipated moment of the summer is undoubtedly the polenta in the garden! And when winter wraps everything in its charm, the atmosphere becomes even more magical with the sweet melody of Marika’s piano, accompanying the gala dinner.
