At the time of booking, we ask for a deposit of 20%, payable via bank transfer or credit card.

• The reservation is considered valid once we send our written confirmation.
• In case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
• For cancellations up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded but may be applied to a future stay.
• For cancellation within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be retained without additional penalties.
• For cancellations made earlier, the deposit can be applied to the cost of a future holiday within 365 days from the cancellation date. The deposit will not be refunded in any case.
• These conditions apply during high season periods. In low season, it is possible to change the dates of the stay up to 5 days before arrival.

Guidelines for Our Furry Friends
Planning your next holiday with your pet? At Hotel Erica Freedom in the Alps, pets are welcome, but for the comfort of other guests and to maintain hygiene, we kindly ask owners to adhere to the following rules:

• Small to medium-sized pets are accepted if they are well-behaved and used to staying in hotels.
• Please inform us during booking if you will be bringing a pet, as we have specific rooms where they can stay.
• A fee of 15,00 € per day per pet is required, to cover the additional deep cleaning of the room with appropriate detergents and disinfectants.
• We ask that pets not be allowed on the bed or furniture, and that the room linen not be used for the pet (bedding, grooming, etc.).
• Owners should bring their pet’s bowl, bed, or blanket. The room should be left in the same condition it was found upon arrival.
• According to HACCP regulations, pets are not allowed in the restaurant or wellness areas and must be kept on a leash in the common areas.
• Pets should not be left alone in the room unless they are used to it, ensuring a peaceful stay for all guests.
• Please inform us of any special cleaning schedule requirements. For safety and comfort reasons, our staff will not clean the room if a pet is left unattended.
• Pet behaviour should be managed to avoid disturbing other guests.
• Pet owners accept full responsibility for any damages caused by their pets.

• Rooms are available from 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please inform us of any arrivals after 7:00 p.m.
• On the day of departure, we kindly ask that rooms be vacated by 10:00 a.m.

• Prices are in euros, per person per day, with half-board service.
• On days when full-board service is desired, the restaurant is open with an à la carte menu, and packed lunches for excursions can be arranged upon request.
• For bed and breakfast stays, there is an 8,00 € reduction.
