Yoga in the mountains, for a long weekend break.
Vinyasa Yoga lessons will alternate, a very dynamic style, characterized by the combination of controlled breathing and the execution of a series of ‘asanas’, in which movement and breath come together in a single flow that frees … the body, the mind, emotions and instinct , walks, excellent cuisine and good air!
Luca Graduated RYT® 200 Yoga Alliance with the ‘Hari-Om Yoga School’ of Tantric tradition, practices and teaches the Vinyasa Yoga style.
During the yoga week-end we will practice Vinyasa yoga sessions in the morning and in the evening, walking and trekking in the magnificent Val di Fiemme, close to autumn and the return to relax in the new wellness center and typical mountain dinners, edited directly by the owner.

Registration and costs:

- Single room supplement: 10,00 € per day;
- Supplement for the visit at the Astronomical Observatory of the Val di Fiemme (to be agreed): 10,00 €.
Those who do not stay at the hotel can participate in the lessons:
• Single Yoga class: 15,00 €;
• 4 lessons package: 50,00 €.
