Easter week end Yoga

After multiple successes of Easter Yoga, here we are ready to receive reservations for Easter 2020!

Introducing Raffaella: a Hatha Yoga teacher, smiling and sunny, who loves everything that takes care of the body and mind.

She has practiced Hatha Yoga since the age of 18 and over the years has obtained a certificate for teaching Hatha Yoga RYT 200, teaches Yoga to children and is a teacher of Laughter Yoga.

During the weekend, you will find Hatha Yoga lessons suitable for everyone, simple Asanas, Yoga positions to awaken the body and activate the right energy to start the day well.

Through the recharging exercises we will bring the right energy to our body, we will learn the alternating nostril breathing, which has a deep calming effect on the mind and body, helps to eliminate tiredness, to rebalance the energy channels of the body and prepare for meditation.

Walking through the beautiful mountains of the Val di Fiemme, we will experience the walk meditation, listening to the sounds of Nature.

We will practice the 5 Tibetans going to awaken the life force that lies asleep in the intimate and the achievement of the well-being of the body, mind and spirit.

To end the day in the best way we will practice Yoga Nidra, the Body will find the wellbeing of rest, 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep.
